Ants
Southern California is home to several persistent ant species that can quickly become major household nuisances. The most common invaders include Argentine ants, which form massive supercolonies and are particularly aggressive in seeking out food and water sources inside homes.Once established, ant colonies can contaminate food supplies, create unsanitary conditions in kitchens and pantries, and prove extremely difficult to eliminate without professional intervention.Pricing:
One time or initial service: $125
Monthly: $50
Bi-monthly: $70 for standard size
house and yard.
*Houses in Wine Country: Monthly only, starting at $65Houses in De Luz and La Cresta: Monthly only, starting at $75

Spiders
Southern California's warm climate supports a diverse population of spider species, including several that pose genuine concerns for homeowners. Black widow spiders are perhaps the most notorious, with females capable of delivering medically significant bites that require immediate attention.Brown widow spiders, a relative newcomer to the region, have become increasingly common and while less dangerous than black widows, can still cause painful bites. Wolf spiders and jumping spiders are frequent indoor invaders, while outdoor species like orb weavers create extensive webs around patios and entryways.Pricing:
One time or initial service: $125
Monthly: $50
Bi-monthly: $70 for standard size
house and yard.

Termites
Southern California's mild climate creates ideal conditions for both subterranean and drywood termite species, making the region one of the most termite-active areas in the United States.Subterranean termites build mud tubes along foundation walls and can cause extensive damage to floor joists, support beams, and wooden structures below ground level.Drywood termites are equally destructive, infesting wooden furniture, window frames, and structural lumber without requiring soil contact. These silent destroyers can work undetected for years, gradually compromising the structural integrity of your most valuable investment.Bid given upon inspection

Gophers
Pocket gophers are a persistent problem throughout Southern California's residential areas, Especially in Temecula and Murrieta. They create extensive underground tunnel systems that can span entire properties. These industrious rodents spend most of their lives underground, feeding on plant roots, bulbs, and tubers while creating the characteristic mounds of soil that appear seemingly overnight across lawns and landscaped areas. A single gopher can create dozens of mounds and tunnel several hundred feet in a month, making them one of the most destructive pests for homeowners who take pride in their outdoor spaces.Gopher infestations can devastate carefully maintained landscapes and create significant safety hazards around your property. Their tunneling destroys expensive plants, undermines irrigation systems, and creates unsightly mounds that ruin the appearance of lawns and gardens.Additionally, gopher holes and unstable tunnel areas create tripping hazards for family members and guests, while the constant soil displacement makes lawn maintenance nearly impossible and significantly reduces curb appeal.Pricing:
$195 minimum for one yard
$225 minimum for front and backyard

Mosquitos
Southern California's year-round warm weather and urban water features create ideal breeding conditions for several mosquito species, including the aggressive Aedes aegypti (yellow fever mosquito) and Aedes albopictus (Asian tiger mosquito). These invasive species are particularly problematic because they breed in small containers and artificial water sources commonly found around homes, such as plant saucers, bird baths, and clogged gutters.Unlike native mosquito species that are primarily active at dawn and dusk, these imported pests are aggressive daytime biters that can make outdoor activities unbearable.
Mosquito infestations severely limit your ability to enjoy outdoor living spaces and pose serious health risks to your family. These pests can transmit dangerous diseases including West Nile virus, Zika virus, dengue fever, and chikungunya, with Southern California experiencing periodic outbreaks that make mosquito control a public health priority.Pricing:
$195 – Initial includes fogging and mosquito bucket.
$110 – Monthly service includes fog and mosquito bucket maintenance.
$80 – Monthly for fogging only.
$50 – Monthly mosquito bucket maintenance.

Cockroaches
Several cockroach species thrive in Southern California's warm climate, with German cockroaches being the most problematic indoor pest. These prolific breeders can establish large populations quickly in kitchens, bathrooms, and other areas with access to food, water, and warmth.American cockroaches, while larger and more intimidating, typically enter homes from outdoor areas and sewers. Oriental cockroaches prefer cooler, damp locations like basements and crawl spaces, while Turkestan cockroaches have become increasingly common in outdoor areas around homes in Temecula and Murrieta.Cockroach infestations create serious health hazards and social embarrassment for homeowners. These pests are known carriers of numerous pathogens, including Salmonella, E. coli, and various parasitic worms, which they spread by contaminating food surfaces and preparation areas.Cockroach allergens can trigger asthma attacks and allergic reactions, particularly in children, making infested homes unhealthy environments for families. It is best not to wait to deal with an infestation.Pricing:
$195 minimum with a 30 day guarantee

Rodents
Rodent infestations pose significant health risks and can cause extensive property damage that affects both safety and home value. These pests contaminate food supplies with their droppings and urine, which can transmit dangerous diseases including Hantavirus, Salmonella, and rat-bite fever.Rodents' constant gnawing behavior can damage electrical wiring, creating fire hazards, while their nesting activities can destroy insulation and personal belongings stored in attics, basements, and garages. Also, the sounds of rodents moving through walls and ceilings can disrupt sleep and create ongoing stress for your family, while the odors from their droppings and deceased animals can make living spaces unpleasant and unhealthy.Pricing:
Option 1. $175 – Two rodent bait stations, one return visit to refill bait. NO GUARANTEE
Option 2. $195 – Two rodent bait stations, two snap traps in attic, one return visit to refill bait and check traps in attic. NO GUARANTEE
Option 3. $695 minimum – Seal
all openings on structure, two
rodent bait stations, two snap
traps in attic, three return visits
within guarantee period. 6 month guarantee.

Fleas
Fleas become a significant problem for Southern California residents, particularly those with pets or properties that attract stray animals. Cat fleas are the most common species affecting both cats and dogs, while human fleas can occasionally establish populations in homes. These persistent parasites can survive in carpets, upholstery, and cracks in flooring for months without a host, making elimination challenging once they become established. Fleas thrive in Southern California's warm, humid microclimates found in irrigated yards and shaded areas around homes.Pricing:
$225 minimum with a 30 day guarantee

Bees
Southern California's diverse flowering plants and year-round blooming season make the region attractive to various bee species, including honeybees, carpenter bees, and occasionally aggressive Africanized honey bees. While bees are generally beneficial pollinators, they become problematic when they establish hives in wall voids, attic spaces, or other areas around homes. Carpenter bees can cause structural damage by boring holes in wooden decks, eaves, and outdoor furniture, while swarms of honeybees seeking new nesting sites can create temporary but alarming situations.Pricing:
$150 minimum first story.
$250 minimum second story.
Additional cost if hive removal is needed.

Birds
Several bird species in Temecula and Murrieta can become serious nuisance pests around residential properties and office buildings.Mud swallows are particularly troublesome as they build distinctive mud nests under eaves, bridges, and overhangs, often in large colonies that can number in the hundreds. House sparrows and European starlings also create issues for homeowners. These birds often roost in attic spaces, under eaves, on rooflines, and in other protected areas around homes, where they can establish long-term nesting sites that become increasingly difficult to eliminate.
Bird infestations create health hazards, property damage, and ongoing maintenance challenges.Bird droppings are not only unsightly but can transmit diseases such as histoplasmosis, salmonella, and E. coli, while accumulated droppings can create slip hazards on walkways and patios. Mud swallows are particularly problematic because their hardened mud nests can permanently stain building surfaces and are extremely difficult to remove without damaging paint or siding.Bid given upon inspection
